You are not losing weight because you are eating at a Calorific Surplus.

In order to lose weight, you have to be at a Calorie Deficit.

There is something called TDEE – Total Daily Energy Expenditure. It is the amount of energy you spend in a day.

There is also something called BMR – Basal Metabolic Rate. It is the rate of energy expenditure at rest.

If the Calories you put in per day is less than TDEE, you will be losing weight.

However, If you eat Calories more than TDEE, you need to exercise to reduce calories below TDEE.

If even after you exercise, your Calories are more than TDEE, you will not be losing weight.
